The libra like qualities definitely don't come out in the color of this dress (even though thats basically why its one of my favorites). It's the combination of the little flowers attached and the movement of the dress that adds romanticism. Nowww to balance it out: a heavy necklace and worn in written on gritty patent leather doc martin's.
