Yes, the mix of patterns are a bit busy for typical Capricorn, but the modesty in both the sweater and the skirt allow Caps to play with prints...also the prints themselves are a modern kind of feminine that aren't overly frilly or distracting. Mixing linear stripes and femme florals are A-ok, so go on Caps..mix it up.
